PRODUCT PURCHASING

A service is considered “purchased” once the agreement is signed by the customer (hereby referred to as the Client). No work will be undertaken by ELLD until said document is signed.
 

AGREEMENT TERMS

The agreement lasts until the work is completed. No extra distribution tasks exceeding 20% of the original agreement can be added without a further separate agreement.

The client will give details of the required distribution area either in written or map form to ELLD.

VARIABLES

ELLD shall distribute the required items to the pre agreed target area within a pre agreed time limit. The client shall however allow a period relative to 20% of the agreed time limit for the task to be completed. In return ELLD will charge no extra fee for early completion.

 ELLD will respect the wishes of any household letterbox that does not desire to receive leaflets. We also will not distribute to properties with untethered dogs or where unsafe building work is in progress. The total of these addresses shall be given to the client upon completion of the agreed work.

ELLD withhold the right to refuse to distribute indecent matter without financial penalties.

RESPONSIBILITY

The items for distribution become the responsibility of ELLD upon receiving the leaflets from the client. ELLD will produce a receipt for the items.

 Leaflets should be delivered to ELLD at least 1 business day before the agreed distribution date.

ELLD can collect the leaflets free of charge within a 5 mile radius of ELLDs’ base. Any further distance is charged at £1.50 per mile to cover costs and time.

 The client is fully responsible for the printed content. ELLD take no responsibility for printing errors discovered after distribution.

PAYMENT TERMS

The amount due for services is payable in full 7 days after the invoice date. The invoice shall be presented to the client on completion of the agreed work.
